• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of when your item delivered. You may request a return or exchange by reaching out to our shop via the messaging feature, and a return label will be issued to you once the return or exchange is approved. The item must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear (excessive wrinkles, stains, snags, perfume smell, etc.) then the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
